Where It Started
I'm Valeriya — originally from Ukraine, Orlando resident for the past ten years. I've always lived at the intersection of creativity and business. My first company was in video production, helping small businesses grow through content. Then COVID hit right as things were beginning to move, and I spent the next six years in the defense industry as a 3D artist — sharpening technical skills while quietly keeping the entrepreneurial dream alive.
The dream never went away. And neither did the question: how do you build something that gives you real freedom while genuinely helping other business owners get there too?
AI became the answer — not as a plan, but as a pull. The more I explored it, the more I realized it could do what I'd always been trying to do, just through a completely different lens. Help businesses grow. Remove the bottlenecks. Give small operations the kind of capability that used to belong only to big teams with big budgets.
The Resource I Wish I'd Had
When I think about why I rebuilt Kalibri as an AI company, the most honest answer is personal. I know what it's like to build alone — the endless research, the strategy work, the administrative drag, the learning curve that never seems to end. I started using AI to tackle all of it myself: market analysis, workflow automation, strategic planning. The difference was immediate and undeniable.
That became the foundation. I built Kalibri to be the resource I wish I'd had when I was starting out.
